  5. Co-operating with a large network of "Business Brokers" nationwide and attending monthly "Marketing Meetings" with other brokers - often finds the best buyer.

  6. Proactive methods will also be used. Research - followed by Direct Mail, Telemarketing and Cold Calling on prospective buyers - often leads to a successful buyer.

  7. All discussions will be kept confidential. Few will ever know - not even your employees - unless YOU tell them.

  8. We'll screen and qualify the best available buyers. Then we'll show the Business and negotiate on your behalf - soliciting the best offers to purchase - for your consideration.
